In Fall 2017 I took a semester off of my masters program to work with the D&E Animation Systems and Show Mechanical teams at Walt Disney Imagineering. I was a mechanical designer working to build the world-class animatronic figures that you see in the Disney parks! As a Additive and Subtractive Curriculum Creator I built content for the Pier 9 CNC education program, showcased the capabilities of Autodesk's advanced fabrication tools, engaged shop users more fully with digital prototyping, and inspired the Future of Making Things. I designed, fabricated and created educational materials for new and compelling workshop projects that will be shared through our global curriculum. |
